Wayne's guest this week is workplace wellness and exercise guru, Jon Denoris. Jon is the founder of My Online Trainer and the Catalyst Health & Fitness system, which operates four fitness studios in central London.
With more than 12 years experience in the exercise and sports science industry, Jon is adamant that some simple exercises and improvements in our diet can work wonders for our productivity.
